IF THE SECURITY DEPOSIT IS NOT MADE THE DEAL WILL CANCEL AUTOMATICALLY AND WE WILL PURSUE ANY AND ALL LEGAL REMIDIES TO CURE OUR LOSS. WE CANNOT ACCEPT PAYMENT FOR THE ENTIRE VEHICLE BY VENMO, ZELLE OR CREDIT CARD ONLY BY WIRE TRANSFER. IF THE AUCTION ENDS AFTER BUSINESS HOURS OR ON A WEEKEND, THEN THE PAYMENT SHOULD BE SENT FIRST THING THE NEXT BUSINESS DAY.

Full payment must be made within 5 BUSINESS DAYS of the auction close and must be in the form of a BANK WIRE TRANSFER. Once payment has been received and cleared our bank, then the vehicle and title can be released.

Out of state buyers are not charged tax, title, or license. The customer is responsible for registering the vehicle in their home state.

Taxes and Fees
In state buyers will be charged state and local taxes, title, registration, and documentary fees. Our documentation fee is $225 for all necessary documents, paperwork, detailing, dealer prep, oil & filter change, Carfax and servicing. This fee is added to your winning bid and is non-negotiable. This fee is to all buyers including dealers. All sales transactions must be completed within 5 days of auction close.

Deposit
We require a $500 deposit within 24 hours of winning the auction.
